A 90-120 minute appointment once baby has arrived to help resolve any issues you may have encountered or to boost your confidence as a new parent. I’ll complete a full feeding assessment and provide a written plan as well as check in with you after the appointment by email, text or phone for as long as you need.

Whether it’s your first baby or your last, I am here to explore any questions or concerns you might have about breastfeeding your baby to help you meet your goals.

You may choose to have a consultation for any or all of the following reasons and more –

• To build confidence
• If breastfeeding hasn’t gone as planned
• Painful feeding
• A baby not latching
• Introducing expressing
• Going back to work or school
• Is baby getting enough?
• Using a stretchy wrap to calm baby

If you would like me to give you more information about using a sling or carrier (beyond a stretchy wrap), or would like to be fitted for maternity and nursing bras during this visit, just choose the appropriate option and I can make sure to schedule the appropriate amount of time.  I’ll also message you to find out what slings and carriers you would like to try out, and your approximate bra size (if you know, although small or large are appropriate answers)
