Orders placed online will be despatched as soon as possible, but usually within 2 business days Monday to Friday. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there is likely to be a delay using the email address you provide when you place your order. Orders will always be posted in the order they are received with priority given to requests for ‘next day delivery’. Items in stock are either on hand or on their way to me in a confirmed delivery. On occasion a situation may arise where an item becomes out of stock during a home visit before the website can be updated, and for this we apologise, and will contact you as soon as possible.
- Free delivery is available within the UK.
- Additional costs for delivery outside of the UK but within the EU are £5.
- Additional costs for next day delivery in the UK are £5. Please order by 12:00pm. We will contact you as soon as possible if there might be a delay, or you can call 07951 600777 to confirm next day delivery is possible.
- Free shipping within the UK only applies to your initial order (unless you are taking advantage of the unlimited free returns to find the perfect fit for a nursing bra).
Your Right To Cancel
For all online purchases using the website or email where you haven’t had the chance to see the product in person you have the right to change your mind within 14 days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to tell us that you have changed your mind and to receive instructions of how to return the item. We can also give you advice on sizing for nursing bras.
- The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in, as new, unused and in its original packaging with all instructions and tags intact.
- Items will not be accepted for a full refund if they have stains or been washed.
- We suggest that the item is sent back to us tracked and insured as you will be responsible for the item until it is in our hands again.
- Additional postage fees will not be refunded.
- Those taking advantage of the free returns policy for nursing bra orders only will be issued with a FREEPOST address for returns.
- You will receive your refund upon successful inspection of the returned item within 14 days.
- If you are returning a nursing bra to exchange it for a different size, the new size will be sent out upon receipt. However, you can place an additional order online and pay to have the new size sent out sooner.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the event that you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at email@example.com.
- Accidental damage or disliking the colour will not be considered as damaged or faulty goods.
- If an item is damaged in transit then please contact us within 48 hours.
- We will tell you how to return the item to us, and will suggest that you use a tracked and insured method of delivery as you will be responsible for the item until it is back in our hands.
- You will be refunded on receipt of the return.
- For items that that are received in a satisfactory condition, your postage costs will be refunded in full.
